As all items are currently made available on a pre-order basis, please choose carefully before placing your order.

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Where an item is found to be faulty or does not meet the guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.
