Terms & Conditions

By purchasing through this store, you agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing your order.

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

All current products are being sold as pre-orders. Purchasing a pre-order means you understand that your order will not be shipped immediately.

We currently expect pre-orders to begin shipping approximately a fortnight prior to the 9 October 2026 release of Self Preservation.

Release dates, manufacturing timelines and shipping dates can occasionally change due to circumstances outside our control. If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will communicate this with you.

Product colours and appearance may vary slightly from images shown online.

We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order where there has been an obvious pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraudulent transaction or another reasonable issue preventing us from fulfilling the order.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
